hey does anybody out there know about these tables for helping to burn fat while you are working out? A friend of mine recommended them to me so i was just wondering as to whether or not you know anything about them.

i run around jalandhar road, and in my farm land
i have exercise machine, okay here is my day to day activities during holidays,
warter crops-2 hours
corss trainer machine 60-95 mins 4 days a week. and 30+ if i am feeling it Burn about 200-230 carbs after 80 mins
weights - 7- 8 kg, 2 sets of 15 on each arm.
eat about 700-1000 callories. main protien, less red meats
take acia tablets.
drink 1 litre of water
do day to day activities?
I wish to loose atleast a stone by 4-5-6 weeks and face fats.

need a bit of help loosing weight , at the moment i'm on antidepressants and think that they have made me gain weight.I have heard of Proactol a fat burning pill and wondered if anybody has used them.

Ok, I got a calorie counter on my Ipod touch. after taking off the calories I burn, a day. I eat about 981 calories a day
Will this help me lose weight? I am 12, a GIRL and I am 100lbs. I have a big tummy from over eating and a type of tablet i had for my VERY bad asthma when i was younger. ( I mean without it i wouldnt have lived) I have fruit. Carbs. Wraps. Veg. meat. and a bit of fat (like 2 chewitts)
For my sport i run for about 15 mins. do 15 sit ups. 10 crunches. i walk the dog for about 50 mins. I walk around a lot.
I don't use the tablet now. it was for 2 years

im 17 around 5 ft 5 in and i weigh around 8 and half stone
Wanting to lose around half a stone so gone on t5 tablets

Im 5f6 and weight 8st 5lbs.Im a vegiterian and this is my daily diet and fitness plan..I burn everything i eat
Breakfast;
Cup of green tea and 2 slices of weight watchers toast
1 klb6 tablet
Lunch: same as breakfast
Diner:White fish(no batter), 75g rice and lots of veg.
plus green tea and klb6 tablet.
If i get hungry in between i drink green tea to help hurger pangs..
EXERCISE:
I have a home step machine with calorie counter and i burn 100 calories before breakfast,before lunch and before dinner.I also burn 1-2 sets of 100 calories when i can.I alos do pilates.
I have lost lots of weight but still carry alot of baby fat on my tummy and my love handles.My tummy shrinking slowly but my love handles dont seem to get any smaller....
Any ideas or tips on what i can do.

Any movtivational tips or advice would be fab, please no lectures ha.
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and some bread=302 cals
Lunch: Triple deck of low fat cheese spread and cucumber sandwich with a snack-a-jack rice cake= 281 cals
Dinner= (undecided haha)
Drinks (i've a little bad today with the tea)
3 teas, skimmed milk=70 cals
3 glasses of water
1 glass of water vith a vitiman c tablet in disolved
Exercises:
Bike: burnt off 220 calories
Sit ups:25
Crunches:25
Snacks: Nutrigrain=130 cals
How is it going?
the rice cake is big an it les then1 percent fat and only 40 cals
and as for the egg, obviously im not going to eat it every day, and i had porrige yday if u must know

What is the best way (honestly) to flatten ones tummy? My tummy seems to be tetting bigger by the day (well, just about) and I don't feel comfortable with my clothes. I used to have a lovely figure - slatish tummy and a small waist. I have a lot of fat around my tummy/waist even to my back and am desperate.
I wear a sixe 12 (if I'm being honest, I think it is now a 14). I can deal with the other part of my body by feel self conscious about my tummy.
By the way I go to the gym 3 times a week!!! Maybe not doing the proper tummy exercises - more fat burn/cardio vascular but even then I'm not loosing any weight on my tummy.
Is it true there are tablets? What's the best option? One that will actually really work.

after 3 weeks of dieting, I have only lost one pound. The only thing I can think of is that I am burning muscle mass. so, yesterday I went out and got Spirulina - a protein supplement, but the girl in the shop also recommended CLA. apparently it boosts your metabolism and makes your body burn fat instead of anything else.
Has anyone here tried it and what do you think?
oh yea, of course i would be exercising and watching what I eat. I'm just thinking, would it help the process along...

my friend thinks i have an eating disorder, what do you think?
i eat one meal a day, dinner with my family, have water for breakfast and lunch, i don't snack and i take a fat burning tablet after my meal. i do on average 4hours of dance a week along with at least 3hours at the gym. i also kayak all day on a saturday from around 9am-3pm. i don't not eat at all so do i have an eating disorder?
i'm about 5"4 and i don't know what i weigh, i'm a size 6/8, i don't feel guilty unless i have over eaten, i'm not too compulsive about my eating & exercise, but i definately have to burn all my calories everyday.
