trying to loose weight. following a good diet. i do great all day long. but once i get off work and especially once the sun goes down i go totally downhill.. i have the willpower but totally stressed at the moment and it is no secret i am a stress eater. a few of my friends suggested hypnosis or acupuncture ... so wondering if anyone out there has tried either for weightloss and what their results were?...thanks in advance for your time!
