Hypnosis for weight loss, quitting smoking, making positive life changes??

Have you ever used hypnosis to help you acheive a goal? I'd like to try it for weight loss. Actually, I'd like to use it to help me "believe" I love working out and going to the gym. I'd also like it to make me believe I prefer healthy foods over my favorite junk foods.
Last but not least. If it works for getting fit I'd try it to quit smoking.
If you've ever tried hypnosis can you tell me how effective it was? Who performed the procedure? I'd love to hear your details and recommendations. Thanks!

Hypnosis is a wonderful tool for weight loss and smoking!
Through hypnosis the hypnotist is aloud to talk directly to your subconscious mind. I like to call the subconscious the "feeling level mind". The thing you need to know before you go to the hypnotist is how much weight you need to lose. If it is a small amount ( about 15 or fewer pounds) than feel free to book an appointment. If you need to lose more than that than there may be an emotional reason to your bad eating habits. Than you can still go to a hypnotist butt make sure that they are qualified to use hypnoanalyasis. If they are it would be best to get a doctors referral before you go.
1 warning. Since there is not yet any formalized degree system for hypnosis some hypnotist may have had little or bad training. The best way to find a good hypnotist is to ask people living in the area who have used hypnosis or your doctor may be able to help. If you go to a hypnotist ( willingly) and follow their directions you should have no trouble losing weight. If it doesn’t work don’t worry, i strongly encourage you to try another hypnotist. If that doesn’t work that there is a strong subconscious tie to your eating habits.
Hypnosis is often times looked at as a fix-all without the work. By this I mean people hope that hypnosis can make them believe or do things that they would otherwise never do. This, however, is never the case! When one is hypnotised, they are suggestable, but will never do things they would normally never do. I have been hypnotised and I must say it is a very exciting experience, but it was not effective in helping me overcome my addiction. What is more effective for me is self-exploration through meditation. May I recommend respectfully that you consider other ways of finding motivation to work out and eat healthy! The only way you’ll lose weight through hypnosis is by having lighter pockets
I have used it for weight loss, smoking ,sleeping and a dozen other things. I am talking about personal use. I am a retired hypnotist first certified in 1954/1957. Believing? hypnosis will help you prefer not smoking ,eating sensibly, etc. It will not make you do anything. The wording of the suggestion is the hard part of the fight this is why self hypnosis is a sometimes situation . the person does not know how to properly word a suggestion. as a result it does not work etc.
A few facts all normal adults who can follow directions can be hypnotized. The strong minded ones are the easiest. 90%probability. Best possible subjects Female IQ 100+ age l6-40 ,99%+ probability. male, If you can get them to stop tripping over their testosterone ,75-80%
Work on weight loss first Include junk foods.The smoking should be by it self. Ask the hypnotist to remove the memory of what was suggested. this may make it easier.
