I have been takig diet pills to loose weight. I know the effects it has, but because of 3 different meds I am on that cause significan weight GAIN my doctor justified the pills. I have been off of them for 8 days and have gained back 5 lbs without overeating and still excercising extensively. I have a large appetite and tend to crave foods in the evening. I am a healthy person who does "all the right things" but just can't keep the weight off. I was hoping hypnosis might be the answer.

I'm curious: there are mixed articles in the media regarding the efficacy of hypnosis to curb appetite and help with weight loss.
Is there anyone here who's actually had the treatment and what did they find the results were like? I would like to hear both sides, and details ie how many sessions did it require, cost, any noticeable side effects?
Thanks!
Thanks Vickie! That's really interesting. Do you think her success will trigger other people in her social circle, who are overweight to also take it up? £100 is not bad at all.

It is derived from the cactus plant in Africa and has been discovered as a great, natural way to control the appetite.

I know this cannot be used alone and must be used in conjunction with diet and exercise. I am looking for something to help curb my appetite.
Im just looking for personal experience so please dont post websites where I can buy it. Ive already done that research. Thanks

If I could control my appetite, I feel that it could be a big help in trying to lose weight. I drink lots of water (what I mostly drink), but my appetite gets me in trouble, leading to sometimes (more than I'd like) bad food choices.

Just wondering from your experience if diet pills containing hoodia work really well to suppress your appetite? If so do you recommend and products?

I read a lot about this herb and it's appetite suppressing abilities- so I took a chance and bought some today from the local drug store.
Has anyone tried this? What was your experience?

Please don't copy and paste that whole big paragraph about Hoodia and what it does. I've read that already in many websites. I want your PERSONAL RESULTS only. I'm doing a healthy diet but I want to add the pills to my diet. I exercise already and everything but I'd like a more dramatic weight-loss because I'm meeting someone VERY IMPORTANT in 2 months and a half and I want to increase my weight-loss with something natural. I'd like to know your weight-loss experience and where did you get them from. There's too many websites out there and I don't know who to trust. Again, I'm already doing a healthy diet and exercise. Does it really curb your appetite and do you think this will help me have a faster weight-loss? Thanks!

I exercise at the gym about 2-3 times per week, for an hour each visit. I also purchased Hoodia 500mg yesterday to suppress my appetite, because lately I've always been hungry. I also bought Metabo-Drene, which is a metabolic enhancer, but now I'm regretting buying it, because I'm nervous about taking it (because of the caffeine). I was torn between Tonalin CLA, Stacker 3, and what I purchased (Vitamin Shoppe brand) Metabo-Drene. I eat correctly, but I'm a college student, so sometimes I slip up. Therefore, I'm trying to shed the 10 pounds I've gained since I began school, so I can get back on the right track at the right weight. As far as the Hoodia experience goes, I don't feel like it's working. I took one an hour before dinner yesterday, and I didn't get the full sensation, even after finishing my meal. Can I take 2 Hoodia's instead of 1? What should I take in addition to the Hoodia to get rid of this excess weight? Anyone recommend Tonalin??
