I am wanting to do a colon cleanse, but they kinda scare me. Even when they safe it's all natural, I am a little skeptical.. Just because it's natural doesn't make it safe. I am trying to loose weight and have lost 8 pounds. Now i am irregular and don't like that. If there is a home remedy i would like to know that. Thanks!!

I've heard all the rage of the Acai Berry supplements and was about to order the free trial of the AcaiMax Boost, but it's such a pain cancelling the auto ship and I don't want to pay every thirty days. Does anyone know of one I can get at the store. Are they just as potent? Has anyone used them and actually had success? I'm wanting to pair the acai with a colon cleanse. I'm really just hoping to cleanse my body and hopefully clear my skin and stop being so constipated. If i loose weight, that's cool too I suppose.
