I cannot afford to join weight watchers but I would like to know how to calculate points. And to know how many points I would get at 5'5" and 150 Lbs and be able to lose weight?

I'm looking at Weight Watchers, but I'm wondering how eating a balanced diet with these "filling foods" and a multivitamin affects someone, aside from weight loss
What do you eat on the program? What are some examples of what you would eat during a day? Would the program be okay to follow if you aren't trying to lose weight?

my friend thinks i have an eating disorder, what do you think?
i eat one meal a day, dinner with my family, have water for breakfast and lunch, i don't snack and i take a fat burning tablet after my meal. i do on average 4hours of dance a week along with at least 3hours at the gym. i also kayak all day on a saturday from around 9am-3pm. i don't not eat at all so do i have an eating disorder?
i'm about 5"4 and i don't know what i weigh, i'm a size 6/8, i don't feel guilty unless i have over eaten, i'm not too compulsive about my eating & exercise, but i definately have to burn all my calories everyday.

I am 5'3" and weight 150 and have been doing the weight watchers diet eating between 18 and 23 points. My question is, once I get down to my correct weight, how many points do I then eat to just maintain that weight?

I am almost 7 months pregnant, and I have tried many times to stop smoking. I am attempting once more. I get alot of pressure from my fiancee who also smokes. Also, he seems unwilling to even try to support me through this. My "friends" still light up right in fromt of me, to the fact where I have to leave the room just to not be around the smoke. Isit even possible to quit with all this going on? Any suggestions?
