trying to loose weight. following a good diet. i do great all day long. but once i get off work and especially once the sun goes down i go totally downhill.. i have the willpower but totally stressed at the moment and it is no secret i am a stress eater. a few of my friends suggested hypnosis or acupuncture ... so wondering if anyone out there has tried either for weightloss and what their results were?...thanks in advance for your time!

I want to try weight watchers out, i am a mother of an 8 month old, I am 23, I weigh anywhere between 155-160 and I am 5'1" I don't look huge, but I feel huge. I want to do weight watchers but don't have the money to spend to do the weekly meetings? Can someone help me calculate how many points I would get, and how to calculate everything I am eating into points to stay on track?
is there a booklet out somewhere online that I can print out?

I was wondering how you get the book that has all the point values for food and out to eat places for the weight watchers point system. Do I only have to join the membership they offer on the website or can I go to borders and purchase the book. I would much rather do it myself and not attend meetings and all of that stuff. I've been hearing all the good things colon cleanse can do for you body ( getting rid of all the toxins and stuff). I was just wondering if anyone has a suggestion for the right colon cleanse to use. How do you count weight watchers points when cooking in bulk? We just started on weight watchers this week and I was wondering when cooking dinner how do you add your points up? For example: this weekend we wanted to make chili..do we add up the points for the whole dish and then divide it out? If so, how?

well my sister smokes(like a chimney!)and i love her dearly i would just die if anything happened to her(no joke)so i know smoking is really bad for you and stuff because it damages your lungs and so,but she just won't listen to me what can i do/say to convince her to stop smoking?!?!
