I want to follow the weight watchers program, but i dont want to go to meetings.?
I was looking on EBay, and I cannot tell which books are the best, which kit includes all of the books & which ones are the most up to date.
Can someone tell me what the starter kit should include?

I lost over 50 pounds on the old Weight Watchers program. I gained most of it back, and tried Weight Watchers about 5 years ago. The new one was so complicated (not as cut and dried) that I only lost about 1 pound in a month. I hear that they've changed their program again. What's this one like?

Weight Watchers program gives you a point allowance that you must eat per day, with food items each being assigned points. How do they calculate how many points a person is allowed?

I do a lot of biking. I use a heart monitor which measures my calories burned during my ride. I'd like to know how many calories I need to burn to equal one point under the Weight Watchers program. I read somewhere that 50 calories equals one point, but I'd like to verify this.
