Besides Lean Cuisine, and obviously Weight Watchers products, what other food products actually have the points value written out on the packaging for the customer? I know how to calculate points on my own, but I was just curious. Thanks!

I did the old one, (circa 2002) and if I recall, it was 24 per day but you add 10 points to that because of nursing. I can't remember, and all I have is the new weight watchers info which I think sucks, the flex and core plans. Please help! I weigh 158. Thanks!

I was thinking of doing the monthly pass thing which allows me to go to meetings and use etools. What I am wondering is what etools consists of and if it's the same thing as weight watchers online. Thanks!

I have been a member of Weight Watchers before, but do not still have the chart that told me how to figure my points allowance. I cannot afford to be a member at the moment but would still like to do it on my own for now and join later when I can afford it for moral support. I know its based on you gender, age, height, current weight, and activity level, but I don't know how many points you get for each.

I'm new to weight watchers and would like to know if I need to adjust my points as I loose weight or will the points remain the same as what I have when I began the program? If someone can tell me the ACCURATE and CORRECT way of calculating points that you need to have that will be great as well! I'm hearing different versions and arriving at sifferent answers when I surf the web.
